Chatting online is better than talking on the phone

I disagree, I think that talking in the phone is better, because you understand better what that person wants to tell you, first I was thinking that the messages were better, because you can make groups, etc, but they don't stop chatting idiot things, I think talking on the phone is better and clearer.
